Return window. You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email info@synergy-wear.com with your order number to start a return.
If we made the mistake. Wrong item, wrong size sent, defect or damage in transit: we pay the return shipping and send a replacement or refund. Send photos within 7 days of delivery.
If you changed your mind. Wrong size ordered, change of mind or a different preference: you pay the return shipping.
Custom printed items. These are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or printed incorrectly. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
